Where Chilius ships at launch and how delivery problems are handled.

Launch countries
Chilius currently ships to Estonia, Finland, Latvia, Lithuania, Sweden, Denmark, Norway and Germany.
Checkout is the source of truth for available shipping methods and final shipping price. The cart may show an estimate, but checkout confirms the delivery method before payment.
Rates
Finland uses a EUR 5 flat-rate shipping option. Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Sweden, Denmark, Norway and Germany use a EUR 10 flat-rate shipping option.
If shipping options change in Medusa Admin, the checkout value overrides any older text on this page.
Delivery and tracking
Delivery times depend on carrier operations, destination country, holidays and local customs or import handling. Any tracking details available for an order will be sent through order updates or shown in the order view.
Contact Chilius if a parcel is delayed, missing, visibly damaged or marked delivered but not received.
Address issues
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and deliverable address. If a parcel is returned because the address was wrong or incomplete, Chilius may need to charge shipping again before resending.
Chilius uses essential cookies for cart, checkout and account flows. With your permission, we also use Google Analytics to understand storefront usage. Analytics is off unless you accept.
