The practical terms for buying spices, sauces and pantry products from Chilius.

Products
Chilius sells small-batch food products such as spices, dried chilies, chili oils, sauces and pantry seasonings. Product photos, batch notes and packaging may vary slightly between batches.
Read ingredient, allergen and heat-level information before ordering. Spices and chili products can be hot, irritating to eyes or skin, and unsuitable for some diets or allergies.
Orders and prices
An order is accepted when checkout completes and the order is confirmed by Chilius Store. We may cancel and refund an order if stock, pricing, payment, delivery or compliance problems prevent fulfillment.
Prices are shown in EUR. Final shipping cost, taxes, discounts and order total are confirmed during checkout.
Food safety
Do not use a food product if packaging arrives open, leaking, damaged or otherwise unsafe. Contact Chilius with photos before using the product.
Keep spices and oils away from children, eyes and pets. Follow any storage or best-before information shown on the package.
Accounts and use
You are responsible for keeping account login details private and for entering accurate delivery and contact information.
Do not misuse the storefront, payment flow, guest order lookup, newsletter forms or admin-facing support process.
Chilius uses essential cookies for cart, checkout and account flows. With your permission, we also use Google Analytics to understand storefront usage. Analytics is off unless you accept.
